NSBR: Cleaning baseboards?
All the doors, door frames and baseboards in our house are white. I noticed they're starting to look pretty dirty and I need to clean them. I've never had white baseboards so I really don't know what the best thing to use would be. Any tips on how to make my job easier/successful??

Clorox wipes or Magic Eraser Either should work like a charm!

I wipe them first with a slightly soapy wet cloth, then follow up behind with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponge on any scuffs or hard to clean spots. I'm doing this right now, actually! This method works on all the trim and doors in my house.

one of these puppies! http://www.homedepot.com/p/SteamFast...3#.UgecapKcdsk
when we moved here, we steamed the heck out of all the walls, baseboards, door frames and windows. Freaking amazing! I love this thing lol.

Magic erasers and/or a bit of Dr. Bronner's works for me. I have my kids do baseboards every so often too
My trick for keeping them clean(er) is to run a dryer sheet over them. They sort of grab all the dusty dirty bits and keep them from attracting so much dirt. ( I don't use dryer sheets in my laundry so I by a cheap box and they last forever )

I vacuum them first with the dust attachment to get the main dust off, then wipe with a damp cloth.
