Default Help me with Basic Grey Album!

Ok, I bought a couple of Basic Grey Album and now I'm in doubt about fixing my digital page on it. The first page already comes with the eyelet and I ask you HOW am I suposed to glue my scrapbooking page over it!

Any ideas? I was wondering about take the eyelet off of the page but I would certlain cause "damage" to the album!

THANKS in advance!

This is a very common question actually ... and it took be a few minutes of head scratching before I decided what to do. Basically what I do with my front page is line up my page how I will be glueing it, and then use my finger to "smash" the paper around the eyelet to give me an indention - then I use my craft knife.

If you have a nice stash of round punches you might find one of those is the right size as well.

For the rest of the pages I just us a hole punch. I do one side at a time when I glue so that I can find the hole in the chipboard.

Yea, I do similar to Amber. Actually, I don't like how I did it before and this is what I'm gonna do next time. Glue the majority of the page down but not near the grommet. Then use my kraft knife to cut around the grommet to my liking. Then glue the last of it down.

Hi there!

I now do the same as Amber and Col. The first time, I took the grommet out and attempt to reinsert it after gluing my page - BAD IDEA!! LOL!

If you're looking for a great craft knife - check out the Cutter Bee ones that are retractable. I love mine!
