Default The continuing saga...

of the a$$hole that lives down the road from me.

Today he was walking by. I am once again outside with my doggy. He runs to the fence and starts barking. The man once again picks up a rock like he's gonna throw it. I look at him and tell him that if he does - I'll call the cops. He looks at me and says lady "I poisoned your gray cat and if you don't watch it - I'll poison your damn dog too."

I am SO furious right now. I KNEW he poisoned her but for him to blatantly admit it - well I am beyond pissed off right now.

WTF?!? That is simply evil and awful... don't you wish you had a tape recorder on you at all times. I'd call your PD, tell them what he said and ask what THEY suggest you do. If he's poisoning animals, what's to stop him from hurting a kid in the neighborhood or you? Scary.

Besides, if he was smart he'd know not to mess with a woman in the midst of hormonal issues! Kick his butt Paula!

OMG!!! No way!! That is outragous. What kind of person throws a rock at a dog?! Or poisons a cat This guy needs 'help'.... I say help because I'm really thinking he needs a whoopin'.
I say call the cops and tell them you saw him riding a camel to buy sex toys... they will have him in jail so fast that your head would spin!

thats just down right rude! and cruel! i'd call the cops and tell them. don't know if they'll do anything, but atleast they'd get a heads up on the guy in case something else happens.

That's a good point, even if they can't do anything about it now, if something does happen down the road, (goodness I hope not but if so) you'll have something at least to back it up.

What a psychopath. Seriously. He definitely sounds like one to just stay away from.

I'm sorry that happened to your cat, Paula.

Well there is good news. My neighbor is a cop and his wife was outside with their little one and heard him tell me that. She came over and said that I should call Brett right away. So, we called her DH and he came over and took a report from me and said that they can cite him for cruelty to animals and he'll have to pay a hefty fine.

ok - think I read too much, but doesn't this sound like the makings of a suspense novel? weirdo who hates/poisons/wants to hurt animals and has personality issues who lives near a cop...and rides a camel to buy sex toys?

eek - at least he won't be known as that quiet harmless guy who lives down the street.

Ah, Paula, I really wish he moves soon, and you get a better neighbor!

Oh my GOSH Paua. Let's feed him whatever he fed your poor cat to poison it. Stupid evil people. I've always thought that a person who will hurt an animal will hurt a child. OH that makes me so stinking mad! He'll get what's coming to him eventually, whether in this world or the next. What goes around comes around.

I'm going target practicing with my dad this weekend. Send him on down here to me Paula. Wonder how he'd like a few hollow points out of my 9mm in his sorry butt. OH this just makes me so ill. I hope the cops get him good.

Does he rent or own? You can get a petition to have him evicted if he rents. That's how we got rid of our last neighbors, they were always screaming and fighting outside their door. I finally had enough and went door to door and collected signatures.

I can't believe he would actually admit that he did that!! I'm glad you have a witness to what he said.

My Mom has been having "neighbor" issues too and it is such a pain. Her latest issue was that he reported her on July 2nd that her tree limbs were too close to the sidewalk and she got served a notice on July 3rd around 4:00 pm that her tree limbs needed to be cleaned up/trimmed up within 4 days of receipt of the notice or pay a HUGE fine. Now how many people do you think you can find to trim trees on Friday July 4th, Saturday July 5th or Sunday July 6th. Some people are just down right CRAZY!!!!!!

And the sad thing is that he isn't the most evil person I've known who hurts animals.

We used to have a family that lived on the end of our block who would bury cats in the yard with their heads sticking out and then - MOW THE LAWN! It was the sickest thing and my dad was VERY militant that we never let our cats outside.

I'm coming down there to kick his a$$! Ooooh, there are so many words I want to use right now, but I don't think any of them are appropriate for the forum. I'm so glad your neighbour heard what he said. What a sick ba$t@#%.
