I got my hair chopped off!
ETA: I updated with a link to a few pics in post #16!
There was enough to send to locks of love and then some...  I love it, it's pretty darn hawt! And I feel like 100 pounds lighter with this do! Hmmm, do you think my kiddos can manage to take a picture of me that actually has a part of ME in it!

I cut mine the day before yesterday also, but I didn't have enough to donate
 I was trying to grow it, but it is very fine/thin and gets split so easily once it gets past my shoulders. Congratulations to you on being able to donate, that is just amazing!!!

OK, soooo, I got my little girl to take pictures of me! They aren't great and I was outside getting all sweaty trying to help my hubby with the roof on the back of the house so no make-up and whatever but...
Before I share I have to be real and tell you, I'm not one bit of a hottie at all anymore (that ended quite a few years ago when I happened to double my weight) but I am excited about the way my hair looks & feels because I had not had a cut in 2 years and my thick thick thick (did I mention thick) hair was all weighed down and a mess. So, I love the change, although it isn't anything drastic. I told the guy that cuts my hair that I need a cut that I can wash-n-go because this SAHM doesn't pick up a blow dryer or any iron unless I HAVE to. So he gave me some sweet layers that don't show up too too well in pictures. It's much nicer in person. So, here are some pics! That is my natural hair color. I have never had my hair colored before, but would love to get it done some day! Now, back when I lived in Florida, my hair was more of a blonder color but the sun must have done that to it.

Oh! That reminds me! My hair is not straight! He flat ironed it for me! I wish it could stay like this all the time though! I don't even know if I could flat iron it myself. I suck at styling hair, esp. my own!

I love that cut on you!!! It's so hot! And you can flat iron. It's easy and I just have a $20 iron from Wal-Mart (revlon I think) and I've had it forever and it works so good!

You look beautiful! I'm always so jealous of people with thick hair. Mine is SUPER thin frizzes easily. It's naturally wavy, but with no uniformity, so I can NEVER wash-n-go. Plus, it grows really slow and the longer it gets, the thinner and stringy-er it gets, so I've never been able to donate mine.
You have amazing hair girl... and your photographer is adorable!

Oh honey you are beautiful!!! Seriously! I love your hair, it really suits you and god add me to the jealous of your natural hair color! Mine is dirty blonde and I actually dye it brown LOL. Most people try to go blonde and here I am going brunette. I used to go really light blonde until I had Wes and then I just started dieing it darker..probably cause you dont have to wash it as much LOL. My hair is to the middle of my butt right now and needs to be cut!!! I am just really attached to my hair. I have always had it long so its like my security blanket!
