I don't think I have ever spent more than $40 at one time or in one day. Mostly because I never have more than $40 available to me at any one time.

I average about $8-10 a week. But I mostly only buy here.

Just check the monthly SSD sweet rewards receipts I spent a fortune on my birthday stocking up at different stores back in March, like over a hundred bucks but I will NEVER do that much again! So once a year I go hog wild and once a month with sweet rewards semi-hog wild. Average SSD monthly spending, $30. Which I am trying to cut down on. I can't believe I just admitted to that

I did about 50 here with Sweet Rewards, but that doesn't count my weekly new release spending -- but shhhhhhhhhh -- that's a secret!

okay, I went into my account & viewed all my purchases because I was curious... I had guessed earlier that I had spent maybe $20 at most at one time.

Yeah, apparently it was actually $15.21. And since February 7 (my very first purchase here), I've spent a whopping $53.33 in the store. Total.

I feel like SHOPPING, lol!!

The most that I have ever spent at one time is $36 but I buy things weekly so I usually spend between $10-$30 a week. Having the 20% off new release Saturdays really get me because I can't justify not getting the deal kwim? I'm horrible lol

lmao! yep. this is me to a T. just in the last few days I bought a Cori Gammon kit, some of her Kraft papers, then I went and got that Mr. Fancy Pants kit at Shabby Pickle. oh, and of course Danielle's second set of overlays. and some torn paper templates. then i bought a kit and Penny's overlays this morning. so yah. I've been bad. i think i'm done for the month. i feel bad now!

and you know the worst thing? my DH has no idea that i buy these things. He knows i scrap a lot and that i'm on teams and i get those kits free, but other than that he really doesn't pay any attention. If he happened to ever glance at our bank statements and see all the PayPal transactions, then i'll have some 'splaining to do, lol. I really need to get a job so that i can not feel guilty and it'll be my own money to do what i want with.

I was looking at paypal transactions....it appears this is a serious problem for me. We need a 12x12 step program, like someone's avatar said . The last month I've done much better but in the past...OH MY I could just smack myself for not giving it to a charity or something. $5 or $10 here and there seems OK to spend but then it really adds up. And you forget you spent $10 already at some store on Tuesday and just had to buy a few dollar items on Friday and it just gets worse from there.

I am an el-cheapo so I think the most I've ever spent is $11. I set a monthly busget of $10 and some months I don't spend that at all.

I think I spent close to $60 last month with Sweet Rewards. But, it was my first month having the coupon, and I had 40% off! I couldn't buy just a couple of things with that! lol

Well if you want to talk about how much I've spent on Dooney and Bourke purses, that'd be a different matter entirely.

Shh. I broke my one-time high today buying new releases. And I'm planning to break it again next week at Sweet Rewards time. Do we have a paper bag over the head emote?

In one shop, just digi... I think 90-ish have been my top.
But I've spent over $200 in a day mixed in different stores.
Plus every time I have to "refill" my hybrid supplies (chipboard albums, flowers, glue dots) my orders are around $125-150 plus shipping (my excuse is I just want to pay shipping once)

My max is $25 which I spent the last 2 months when I got my Sweet Rewards. I just started buying in April even though I have been scrapping for over 2 years and $25 at once still seems huge to me, but reading this makes me feel better. lol

After much shuffling of my shopping cart contents, I finally checked out at TLP tonight. I just closed my eyes and hit "check out" fast before I could think about it any more.

You know, when I'm spending a lot of time and money on digiscrap, I've found I'm spending way less money elsewhere. Ultimately, I end up spending way less than when I'm not digiscrapping, and I'm doing something creative, constructive and that will have meaning for future generations of my family. I could have a lot worse habits, and I refuse to feel guilty about it.

I tend to spread things out with way too many $5-$8 purchases... They do add up, though! My only really huge purchase (in my book) was a couple of months ago when I bought Janet Phillips' 50 for 50 pack. $50 is a lot for me at once, but I added up what it would have cost for all of that stuff, and swayed my DH with the total SAVINGS, not the total amount.

My cousin also taught me about "girl math." Say you spend $20 on something that would have been $30 had it not been on sale. You still have $10 to spend!

I look at it this way. If I went out to the mall, how much would I spend in one shot? A heck of a lot more than the $20 or so bucks I spend every few days. This is my only hobby, so that's how I justify it. LOL

I don't spend nearly what I did when I started, but when stores are having sales, I think I have spent about $100 in one transaction which I don't think is much at all compared to how much we spend just when we are out running around with snacks, eating out, and miscellaneous expenses.

When I think about how much I used to spend on paper scrapping supplies, I don't think that I spend much at all on digi. I used to easily spend at least $75 every time I walked in the LSS and usually $150 to $200. And, with digi, I have 7 completed and printed albums (25 to 91 pages each) that look great and don't take up much space. Whereas with my paper scrapping, I have several incomplete albums littering my house.

I think the most I've spent is around $11 ... and that was after a gift certificate. I don't have a lot of money left at the end of the month for kits, and honestly what I'm spending I don't really have ... I just spend it anyway and cut corners somewhere else.
