Default Looking for unique shower gift

One of my close friends just adopted a 19-month old baby girl from China, and I'm hosting her shower in a couple of weeks. I'm looking for a unique shower gift for her - she has plenty of clothes, decorations, etc. Any ideas? Maybe something you've seen on Etsy?

Buy her a tutu!!! Seriously, I am obsessed (just one more reason I need a daughter lol). Its one of those things that little girls love and that look adorable (especially for pictures) but that most parents don't really think of buying. They have some adorable ones on etsy, but I will try to find some other sites where i have seen cute ones as well (yes I look for tutus online just for fun sometimes lol). You could make her a little matching top with her initial on it too (I am also obsessed with iron-on transfer paper! lol). very cute and princess-y!

ETA here is one shop http://www.tutuposh.com/index.php?cPath=3

Does she have these children books related to China adoption (there are others, too)?

Shaoey and Dot
Kids Like Me In China
I Love You Like Crazy Cakes (if she's a single mom)

Or maybe get her new daughter an Asian-looking Bitty Baby?
Or maybe something from www.asiaforkids.com?

If she's a digiscrapper, tell her to come join us at China Digital Scrapbooks!

Helen (another China adoptive mom)

Perhaps a gift certificate to Shutterfly or another printing service? Even if she isn't a digiscrapper, new moms always need lots of photos printed.

Also, gift certificates to the zoo, Children's Museum or other kids activity in the area might be appreciated.
