Anyone know how to rip songs from enchanced cds?

I'm trying to rip my Chris Cagle Anywhere but Here cd and itunes won't rip it. I copied it to my computer, but I don't know how to import it. Any ideas?

If you've copied the CD to your computer's Music folder then in iTunes you should be able to manually import the songs. I think if you go to File -> Add Folder to Library (or Add File to Library does one song @ a time) you should be able to locate the music on your hard drive and add it that way.
