I finally did it!

I finally bit the bullet and bought myself ANOTHER EHD so that my backups could complete properly and I'd have a second line of defense. LOL

I've been putting it off, but I finally got the 1T!! Someone please tell me that's all the space I'll need for life. I suppose one of these days I'll purge my stash.

Ah! I meant to buy a 1T today actually, and I forgot. I'll do that tonight. I have a 250gb and a 500gb. The 250 is going to become a dedicated photo and LO EHD (full size jpgs only most likely, we'll see). The 500 will become my main and the 1T will become my backup that I keep at work.

I really need to get a 1 TB. I do back up to Mozy but I'd still love to have everything on a second hard drive just in case. Anyone know of any good deals?

Dawn I found this 1T Western Digital on Amazon. It's a STEAL.

In fact. I just bought it. My 500GB that I bought in the spring is a WD too. I haven't had a single problem with it. I know there are horror stories with every brand, but I like these.

I picked mine up at Costco, my WD - there was a manufacturer's rebate of $25. So I couldn't miss out. My brother said I should partition my 1T to have back up and storage separate. But at this point I'm thinking back up only.
