Default Hybrid gals - what would you add to your stash?

I just got an email that Michael's is having a sale for 4 hours on Saturday, for 25% off your whole order. Now I just got into hybrid this month. I have bought some chipboard, some ribbon, double-sided tape and a hole-punch for jump rings. I want to get more supplies for hybrid projects while they are on sale.

What would you say is a hybrid must-have list of supplies? What should I definitely splurge on? I'm looking to make things for home decor, notebooks, frames, etc.

I got a Big Bite for Christmas and ♥ it! Granted, I have never used anything like it before in my life so I can't really compare it to anything but it's great for punching holes and eyelets!

Paper cutter, nice scissors, glitter, blank card/envelope packs.

Some brads and some bling... that and photo turns are the only traditional supplies I still use along with the stuff you already mentioned

Here are my must haves:

Rotary cutter (I seriously could NOT live without mine - I have one from Fiskars).
Cutterbee scissors (*heart*)
Good adhesive (I like the Tombow tape runner and redline tape by Provocraft)
Crop-o-dile Big Bite
Mod Podge and foam brushes
A bone folder
Glitter (especially from Martha Stewart)
Ribbon, ribbon and more ribbon

Theres plenty more, but these things I could not live without!

Even for one day.

Period.

Good luck and let us know what you get! I *heart* Michaels!

I would get some plain coloured ribbon (plain colours go with everything but I often find my patterned ribbons clash with my patterned paper so I tend to stay away), buttons, a large self healing cutting mat and a sharp craft knife (I use and xacto knife) a supply of cardstock for the basis of your projects

Hmm..must be a store to store thing. I didn't get an email. I really, really want a CutterBee Scissors, next up a Crop-a-dial. My favorite things are ribbon, bling, flowers (prima hybrid makes some gorgeous ones), a self healing mat, xacto knife (yeah, I spell phonetically or at least, Mari-netically since its often really far off) and a hot glue gun.

Glue!!! I use 4 different kinds and I"m always running out of one kind or another!

A good paper cutter, scissors and ribbon... I can never have too much ribbon!

I'm back!! I bought too much stuff, but I think my stash is almost complete. LOL

I bought:

Flowers by Prima
A Fiskar's Portable Rotary Desk Cutter
A Self-Healing Pad
Cutterbee scissors
Distressing Ink in Vintage Photo
Blingy brads
Fiskars exacto knife
12 patterned and solid ribbons
a few sets of jump rings
Bone Folder
Glue Stick
And 3 little notebooks that I'm going to recover

Yep, you could say that I picked up the mother load today!

I'm going to get the Crop-a-Dile later, along with eyelets, more brads and rhinestones.

Well I wasn't going to let the 40% coupon AND the 25% coupon go to waste...I guess I got a wee bit carried away.

Sounds great. You were wrong though - I bet by next week you'll have another list of things you 'need'. Stash is never complete, it's a work in progress
