Unhappy Please help!!!

I feel SO sick! I accidentally deleted all the pictures off of my camera that I took today for Valentines.
Anyone know of any free/cheap recovery programs to help me get them back off my SD card?

Sorry that happened Deb! Here's a program (trial) that might work. I doubt the trial will actually let you get the back, but at least you'll see if it works and maybe then you can buy it?

Yes you could ask Jaedyn about it. She had some photos deleted and was able to get them back using a free program. I had the link in my message box but I must have deleted it.

Here is her thread about it:

We used the program Jennifer linked to above to recover my stepmom's vacation photos summer before last, it's free to try it out but if it can recover your photos it's like $39 for the software. For my stepmom it was worth it to pay for it since it recovered 8gb of photos, but if it's just a few photos then it's probably not worth it. Hopefully Jae can hook you up with a free one

It recovered my photos, but it's not free anymore.
It says, to get my recovered photos, to register. When I go to register, it says I have to pay $40.

Try this one Deb? Weird how it says it's freeware but it's not.

Yeah, I tried that one too. You just see if it'll recover then pay $49 to get them.

I had that happen to me in 2006 when I accidentally deleted over 400 images of my daughter's 1st school birthday party. I had read in a pc magazine so long as you don't reformat your card, you could recover your digital images so hunted everywhere for some program to help me. This was the free shareware - PhotoExtractor - I used and was able to recover every one of my images I thought I had lost. Hope it works for you!

The people that make CCleaner have Recuva. I've never used it, but it might be worth a shot. Good luck!
