Default Windows Live Photo Gallery?
Okay I know i saw something (I think here) that had links to tutorials on using this to organize photos/kits? Can someone point me there?

Also can this be used as your Font Manager or do you still need a separate program? Thanks!

It's on your PC and you can choose not to upload and therefore, it stays private. That's what I did so, I'm not sure about the privacy settings if you do upload!
