laptop screen issues...
Hey ladies, I'm having trouble with my laptop and thought you guys might have some ideas what the problem is before I call the store tomorrow.
We just bought a brand new Toshiba not even 2 months ago. Today, DH opened it up, and the screen was extremely dim. We could barely see anything. He shut it off, restarted, and it was better, but definitely not 100%. I checked the screen brightness setting, but it's all the way up. I can't seem to find any other options or settings that might be contributing... can you guys think of anything it could be? I'm not too computer savvy lol. I'm hoping maybe DS hit a button or something and I just can't find the option to change it back. TIA guys!
