Please bear in mind that I am a reader, genealogist, and a scrapper so my desk area is messy. But, I am moving my office into my son's room when he moves out in June. I'm going to paint it and fix it all up!

I totally get the laptop thing. I miss the portability of mine, but love having my own little space in the house too.

mine is nothing fancy, just a desk in the corner of the master bedroom. All my paper stuff is stashed in totes in our entertainment center, and my camera gear is in a box in the closet. We are severely lacking on space here.
