I Need Blog Help Please!

If anyone knows how to work the codes, or has experience setting up blog design (such as Zoe's) on Blogger, I need you!

I've followed the directions, checked and double checked, but I'm still getting an error message.

I'm ready to offer up wine and chocolate...anyone?
