Question about Personal Use

Hello ladies! I need some help and hoping you guys can answer my question.
I have recently decided to persue my love of photography a step further and am setting myself a shopping cart and a website up online. I am designing myself a header for my online sites. I would like to use some scrap elements and things to spruce it up and make it unique. If I use these is that considered personal use and the free fonts and graphics you find online that are for personel use can I use those as well? I just don't want to infringe on any terms of use. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

that is definitely a commercial use and you'd have to contact the designer for terms and fees. Hope that helps!
