Nov 8: 30 Days of Thanks
Today I'm thankful for my wonderful husband and the 14 years god has giving us together!! It's not always been easy and it's not always been smooth but it's always been filled with love and respect and togetherness!! I wouldn't trade him or those years for anything!! I love you baby and I can't wait to spend the next 14 years with you!!!

Today I am thankful for the beauty all around me. Right now I'm looking at the sunrise with the bare trees silhouetted against the gorgeous pinks and oranges. God's creations certainly are a feast for the eyes!

Today I'm thankful for the Iced Soy Caramel Machhiatto which will get me through this day. Elijah was up crying 4 times last night per usual.

Today I am thankful for the little things my dh does to make me happy... waiting in line last night for 4 hours to make sure I got my hardened edition of MW3 because I forgot to preorder...

I'm thankful for my amazing home, and how lucky I am to only have first world problems, like my sunroom leaking, rather than third world problems, like not having enough water. I really am a blessed person, even when I don't always see it.

Today I am thankful that I ventured into the world of digital scrapbooking and found the Sweet Shoppe as I was just getting started. I loved scrapping the traditional way but hated the mess it created. Digital is perfect for me! And, I couldn't be happier that the Sweet Shoppe is my home... for so many reasons. I was definitely reluctant to go digital, not knowing who I would turn to if I had questions. Little did I know about the community I would find here! Not to mention the wonderful designers and the awesome kits they create week after week! I could go on, but suffice it to say that this place rocks

Today I am thankful for my little boy's school. He loves it so much and you can tell that the teachers really care about him. It's made being away from him so much easier.

Today, I am thankful for modern technology and the fact that I can talk to my friends and family around the world easily. The world is such a small place in 2011.

Today I'm thankful to have DH as my partner, co-decision maker, and sounding board while we deal with some new challenges with one of our kids. He works long hours and sometimes I feel like I'm handling too much of the parenting alone, but times like this remind me that he's always there when it really matters.

30 days of thanks...day 8...today I'm thankful for my tootsie, my 1st born baby girl. She has taught me so much about patience, about looking at things from a different perspective and most importantly, she's shown me that life is beautiful and we should cherish every moment no matter what ♥. She has definitely made my life a better place.

I am thankful for a husband who, after 3.5 weeks in the US last without seeing a single Dunkin' Donuts, walked 1 hour round trip on his lunch break and brought me home a dozen Dunkin' Donuts from Dusseldorf, Germany.
