Default What do you put in your Hubby's Stockings?

I just ordered Sean's last Christmas gift! Which excites me to no end, because usually its December before we can even think about small gifts for us.

But stocking stuffers for him stump me, we have giant stockings too that his Grandma knitted for all of us. I have a book, desk calendar & a tube of chap stick that is in a light saber, because he is a bit of a star wars nerd and I thought it was funny. LOL!

I'd love your suggestions.

Socks and underwear. EVERY.SINGLE.YEAR. Actually one year I did something different and he was REALLY disappointed. LOL After those items, I always put some of his favorite candies (Reses Cups and Hot Tamales) and a GC (best buy, amazon, bass pro, favorite restaurant, ect).

I like the memory stick idea. My DH goes through those like crazy! I do candy, magazines, DVDs/CDs, and I usually try to find a couple funny, gag gift kinda things.

Being a hunter and fisherman, mine usually gets packs of lures/worms, hooks, hand/foot warmer packets, ammo, etc. And then the usual trial sizes of toothpaste, a toothbrush, deodorant, etc. to pack in his hunting bag.

Candy, hand & foot warmers, small screwdrivers (Because he is always losing his), zip ties.

Always candy, usually Special Dark M&Ms, but after that it gets a bit random depending on what small stuff he needs

This year all we are doing is stockings, so we're spending like $50 on each of our stockings. The only thing I've gotten him so far is this Angry Birds card game.

I will also get him an iTunes GC, probably a Starbucks GC, some Ghirardelli chocolate or Turtles, & a few other little odds & ends.

I love stuffing stockings for the hubs.

he gets - itunes GC, candy, shower gel, chapstick, mentos is the norm. I am thinking a new thermos coffee mug, some dress socks. Things he never thinks about.

ooh - i love the little game, deb. we are not into angry birds, but another game like that is pass the pigs. super fun and slightly stupid. i'll have to think of something similiar. maybe banana grams....hmmm...

he did AWESOME on my stocking last year, so I need to top him this year!

DH LOVES AB! Oh! Reminds me that I found some Angry Birds bandaids that he's getting too! LOL
We love Pass the Pigs & Bananagrams. Another good one (made by the same people as Bananagrams) is Appletters!

Socks, underwear, Starbucks GC, toiletries, gigantic candy bar, movie GC, something small with IU on it... nothing exciting, I'm afraid! My mom does everyone's stockings at her house, but I'm in charge of Jeff's and my sister is in charge of her hubby's. *lol* Not sure why her sons-in-law stump her when she has Dad's to fill, but whatever.

Thank you thank you thank you for this thread. This is the first year we've had stockings for each other and Jeff's was killing me. I have some ideas now.

Wish I would have seen these ideas before St. Nick! My dh got a CD, Tootsie Rolls (his favorite), those little metal puzzle things, and more candy. I usually get him a movie too but couldn't really come up with one he wants. He got coal (from the dollar store) last year! LOL

We do just a few small things in each others stockings...in his I usually put a new CD or DVD he's been wanting, a Sonic or QT gift card, maybe an iTunes gift card and some gum or his favorite candy.

I usually do a stick of pepperoni, dress socks for work, ear buds, Good & Plenty, some kind of specialty hot sauce, beef jerky, and a toy of some kind - yo-yo, PS3 game, etc.
