Default What File Viewer Do You Use?

I have a PC and ACDSee Photo Manager 2009. This program makes me crazy. I'm not thrilled with Windows Live viewer, and Picasa irritates me because I can't drag an element or paper from the program into Photoshop.

So what do you use, and do you love it?

I use windows live for previewing stuff or just looking at photos otherwise I just open my files with Paint Shop Pro. Im not sure if that is what you mean or not? Ive never used Picasa and tried ACDSee for organizing and hated it.

I use ACDSee and really like it, but it's been a long road. I never could have figured the program out without taking a class on it. I took a class at Jessica Sprague that is now retired. There are a lot of neat features included in ACDSee but I don't think they are very intuitive.

Have you tried bridge? I used it when I was PC and still use it on a Mac. It never bogged down my PC like a lot of folks say

I just use Windows Photo gallery and I've really liked it. I can tag and search and whatnot. I tried Picassa and really hated it.

I use Lightroom, and organized my previews based off of Kayla Lamoreaux's method. I like it because I can right-click on my tagged preview in LR and it opens directly in Windows Explorer. Since I already use Explorer when I scrap (I view kits in thumbnail mode and then click and drag items directly unto my canvas), this is super easy and convenient for me.

I've tried ACDSee and Picasa and they didn't work for me. I already had had a mind to use Windows Picture Gallery (been hearing lots of good things about it) when I inherited this laptop with Windows 7 but before that had happened I'd already organized everything in LR and it's working awesome for me.

I use windows photo gallery. I had ACDSee for several years but I've never really loved it and the shoddy customer service I have received over those years really colors my view of it now.

Live viewer irritates me. I like Picasa but not for viewing one or two things.

Mostly though I just use the standard file window & drag & drop from there
