Talk to me about multivitamins...
What do you take?
Since I'm doing Weight Watchers I feel like I need to be taking one. I want something reasonably priced and good for women.

I'm taking a Women's one from Trader Joes. It's a once a day vitamin. (Anything more than that and it's just too many pills to swallow!)

I found out talking about vitamins is like talking about politics or religion. haha...
I have been taking Eniva Vibe... but am looking at others that I have been researching on that are higher quality.... Eniva just got dinged on not having what it says it's suppose to have... their company is having management issues. I stay clear of anything that is a name brand like centrium or one a day... oh, if you knew some of the fillers they put in those things and why... yikes!

I take a prenatal vitamin. I'm not pregnant, but my doctor said it was probably one of the best things that I could take (at least, for my personal body/health, I'm sure it varies from person to person). I've been taking a prenatal since I was 16, and will probably continue to take it, even after I finish breastfeeding.

LOL Dana! I see that point.
I know I'm not getting the calcium in because dairy products are so high in points so I tend to shy away from them. I just thought if I'm going to take something for calcium, I might as well make it something that includes more than that.

There's loads of calcium in green veggies, like broccoli and kale, too.

THE best Vitamins
Usana www.usana.com
Not made to Food standards like other vitamins & minerals but made to Pharmaceutical standards, voluntarily too, which are the highest grade of any standard. Fantastic. You just need the antioxidant / multi vitamin pack and I take 2 daily of each and it lasts two months. When I feel like I need anything else I get the other supplements like Vit A, E, Calcium, Magnesium etc..... |
