Okay ladies, it was another amazing week for numbers last week!! Congrats to everyone on their losses. I didn't get to weigh in until today as we were gone for the holiday weekend. I only lost .6 lbs which I am even surprised I lost at all with the camping trip and stupid PMS stuff. So I am not at 24 lbs lost. Hoping for bigger numbers this week. Can't wait to see y'all progress this week!!

I finally got past my plateau and lost ONE full pound. I'm so happy!

I'm worried about the holiday weekend too...hopefully I'm making up for it before Friday.

Congrats Kjersti!! Awesome loss this week and glad you broke your plateau!! Good luck Tracy and Lorie. The holiday weekend was not a good thing for me and I am just swollen all over from monthly water gain. Hoping to lose that this week.

Yay guys! Yeah its hard over the weekends and extra hard when it is a holiday one! Congrats on the full pound lost Kjersti...it feels so good! And Melissa .6 is good...I am sure next week is gonna be a kicker!
So this week I lost 1.4 for a total of 6 and I lost another 7.5 inches making it a total of 13...Eeek! I don't know what I am more excited about the inches or the weight! lol |

Weighed in this morning. Another -1.4 for this week. Thank goodness, because I used almost all of my extra points and was a little worried.
Total loss -26.4 lbs and I'm back in the 170s...barely. ![]()

great job girls!! i weighed in on sunday and had lost another 2 lbs (yay) - but have not had a good week this week (boo!) ... i gave myself a night off on memorial day (we had a party to go to ...) and haven't really been back to normal since then. nothing horrible, but i'm pretty sure i've eaten all my extra weekly points already (with two days in the week to go), NOT counting sunday night. and NO exercise this week at all - ughh!
but - i am going back to the BLR on july 1st - so i've committed to doing the 30 day shred beginning today, as well as 30 min of cardio/day (minimum) .. and sticking to my points, of course!

Good job girls!!! This thread is so motivating!
I weighed in on Monday, and I had lost another 2.8, giving me a total of -18.4 in six weeks!!!! I also measured my hips and waist and had lost 2 inches on each. And, on Sunday, I had my first comment from someone noticing the difference in my body. It felt sooo good!! I still have a long way to go, but seeing changes makes it so much easier to keep going. This week has been interesting. There was Memorial Day of course. We also have a graduation, BBQ, and birthday parties this weekend. I am really trying to watch my intake at all these gatherings, so hopefully I'll still have a good loss. It would be SO AWESOME to hit the 20 lb. mark this week. Thanks for all the support ladies! You are all doing amazing!

Fantastic result Ladies! This is a very inspiring thread for sure! I know it helps keep me motivated. This week I lost 1.2 lbs for a total of 52.6 lbs so far. Since I am a super chunk, people are finally starting to really notice and I have been getting a lot of nice compliments that help keep me motivated too.
I am struggling with tracking my points though. I would love to know if there is an official ww app so I can do it on my kindle instead of trying to get down to the computer every night. I used to do it at work during lunch and during the evening at home, but seem to have less time right now in both places. Do any of you know about a ww points app?

I use the WW mobile app on my android phone. I don't know if you can get it for a kindle.

Congrats on your weight loss Lorie that is awesome!! I saw a couple of apps on my kindle for WW calculator, but they are by different companies besides WW so I don't know anything about them.
