For those of you who don't know, DH and I work from home managing an apartment complex. It's a few weeks before school starts so we are REALLY busy w/ move outs and move ins. So we had this tenant and he was supposed to move out before the 3rd.... he never turned in his keys and his stuff was still there so I go over on the 5th and I knock, open the door, and there he is! STILL in the apt!!! I'm like, DUDE, GET OUT!!!!! Why are you still here?!?!?!?

Oh, and new tenants are scheduled to move in on the 9th... and I stress the importance that he needs top MOVE OUT!!! "Ok, I'll be out this afternoon. I promise."

The 6th comes and goes. He never turned in his keys. So DH goes over yesterday morning and HE'S NOT DONE MOVING OUT!

We start threatening him that he'll have to pay the expense of putting up the new tenants in a hotel if he doesn't move out and give us time to turn it over. So, he finally moved out yesterday afternoon. Immediately after the painter goes in. Then this morning the carpet cleaners came and I couldn't get in and clean it until the carpet was dry.

His place is disgusting. It took me an HOUR to clean just the toilet. I'm going on 4 hours now and I'm not even done with the bathroom. How do people live like that??!! I'll spare you the details, but obviously it's horrid if it's taking me 4 hours to do just the bathroom.

So, my dear friends, I can't come to chat. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I ahve to go clean up someone else's filth so the apartment is ready to move into in the morning.

Think I should be made a Babe jsut for my troubles?! LOL!
