What am I doing wrong?

Ok, so I admit that this is probably a stupid newbie question. Please don't laugh out loud. I'm doing something wrong with my gallery. When I post something to one of the challenges and also to my member gallery, it shows up twice in my member gallery. I have all these double posts in my member gallery.

Your galleries are all beautiful and organized...what am I doing wrong???
