Wrong Lyrics

LOL...so Mason has started just making up words in songs when he's not entirely sure what they are...for example:

Cat Scratch Fever = Catch That Beaver

And in "Poker Face" (which he LOVES) in the chorus it says "she's got to love nobody" ... well he says "she's got a lot of water". Now it's all I can hear when I'm listening to that song, hahaha.

What are some lyrics that you or someone you know has gotten TOTALLY wrong?

LOL My DS always sings wrong lyrics on those annoying JG Wentworth commercials. The line is - "call JG Wentworth, 877 cash now" and he always sings "call JG Wentworth, 877 cash cow"

I am the guilty one of do that. DH makes fun of me. The song called "Radar Love" by Golden Earing is a great example. For years I thought the line was "Rated R Love"!!!! I got tons more!! I will have to come back when I remember them. DH has taken great joy in giving me the right words!!!

E.L.O's "Don't Bring Me Down", I always thought it was...Don't bring me down, Bruce. It's actually grroosss.

My bff, dh & I got into a disucssion about the song, so of course we had to lookup the lyrics on lyricfreak...that's when we found out the bad news. My dh found some other link explaining what a grrooss is...but that link escapes me right now.

I think it sounds better as "Bruce"
