Default Weight Watchers

I need to start doing a good diet again, I have done LA Weight Loss and had great success with it, but I don't have the time anymore to go see them 3 times a week. So I was thinking of doing Weight Watchers Online, but wow, I don't wanna pay that much. I already know what I am doing with diets since I did the one for quite a while both before and after giving birth. I only wanna take off about 20 pounds. So, does anyone have the points ruler and other guides I would need and can send them to me (I can pay or buy GCs) or is able to make copies or something? TIA!

Hi Mari
I'm in Weight Watchers and just wanted to mention that it would be best to actually go to a single meeting and check it out. Right now I think all registration fees are waived, so you'd just have to pay for one class. I think the cost is about $10-15 and you'll get a packet of stuff including the points counter and exercise points counter, plus a mini guide to the points a lot of common foods. Stay for the 'getting started' meeting afterwards and you'll really be ready to go at Weight Watchers. Congrats on making that decision! Go to weightwatchers.com to find out where your local meetings are.

I did weight watchers online, and paid the three month starter fee. I think it was one of the single best choices I've ever made for my self. I don't know the legalities of it all, but is it really ok to be sharing those things?

Huh, guess I never thought of it not be legal. I don't know it if it is or not.

You can look on ebay and buy the points calculators and such. When I stick to WW I love it. I do it online, this week hasn't been the best, but I'm too lazy to cook. LOL!

I've never been a member of Weight Watchers but there are TONS of websites out there that share free Weight Watcher information, as well as have the points calculators on their sites and host great forums filled with fabulous info.
I've had extremely good success with the information I've collected over the past few years and I don't mind sharing that with anyone that asks!
I'm with Shawna though, if you have official Weight Watchers info I don't suggest sharing the tools you get when you pay for a subscription.

I've been a WW online member for a year now and while there ARE free materials on the web, you can't beat the accountability of your online tools. It's worth the extra cash. There's just no alternative if you REALLY wanna do it hardcore.
