Default Trying to retain some structure

So, I've decided that what I need most in my life at the moment is structure! I'm hoping it will help keep me from getting depressed and also get back on track with the weight loss mission. SO, I've penciled out a daily timeline and am going to try very hard to stick with and see how well it works. Check out what I've got going...

7:00 ------- Wake up & make coffee
7:10-8:00 -- Get the girls up & ready for school
8:00 ------- Take girls to school
8:15-10:00 -- Gym
10:00-11:00 - Shower & dress for the day
11:00-12:00 - Housework or errands
12:00-2:45 -- Me time
2:45-3:15 --- Help girls w/homework
3:15-5:00 --- Play time
5:00-6:30 --- Prepare & eat dinner
6:30-7:00 --- Clean kitchen & tidy house
7:00-7:30 --- Get girls bathed
7:30-8:30 --- Free time
8:30 -------- Girls in bed
8:30-11:00 -- Me time
11:00 ------- IN BED (I really need to work on not staying up late)

Does it seem doable? Of course, once Spring sports start up I'll have to modify it, but right now things are pretty simple.

I think is doable... but if I were you I'll put the cleaning in the morning when I still have energy and stamina

Great idea to have a schedule. I think that the one you set out for yourself is a good one. I am glad to see that you scheduled in 'me' time! Too often, we don't do that.

I hope you are doing ok. I love your ticker on your sign off!

Sounds great! I love to have structure like that, too! I even set up my palm to beep every night at 10pm to remind me that I need to go to bed!

Oh, I need to do that!!! So often, it is almost(or after) midnight when I finally go to sleep... and I KNOW that I really NNED to get to bed by 10:30 and be asleep by 11:00 in order to be my best.

I've been staying up 'til like 2:00 in the morning since Jaime left. It's so hard to go to bed without him. I sleep better by myself, but I can't fall asleep very easily when I'm alone.

So, if ya'll see me on the computer before 6:00 am EST, call me out. lol

Well, it's 4:20 pm and so far the day has gone beautifully. I didn't spend quite as much time at the gym today, so I was a bit ahead of schule. The best part was, during my "me time", I fell asleep on the couch and didn't feel an ounce of guilt. YAY! I feel pretty good... and hopeful today.
