Default acne help! UGH

Dude i didn't have problems this bad when I was a teenager. But ..(and I hope this doesn't gross anyone out ) you know those bumps you can get that are under the skin and just really hurt but you can never get anything out of them except clear fluid? They just are the bane of your existence? Well all of a sudden my chin has gone nuts and I have a CLUSTER of those on one side, like 5 right next to each other, then 2-3 on the other side and looks like across the bottom of my chin. First I thought it might be the new Bobbi Brown makeup I bought, because I accidentally got the kind for dry skin, but if that was the problem, why would it affect ONLY the chin area? my nose and the rest of the T-zone where I am usually the oilest are fine, but this is nutso. Anyway, I've been using astringent at night and just praying it would go away but it's getting worse so I thought I would ask here and see if anyone had any suggestions for some kind of cream or something to get rid of it?
