Have you read Connie Willis? Specifically The Doomsday Book and To Say Nothing Of The Dog?

Both are excellent and the latter is one of my favourite books. Just curious because you mentioned loving scifi/time travel, etc. To Say Nothing Of The Dog does have the element of romance, but it's not romancey (because that would make me barf and it wouldn't be a fave book )

Anyhoo, was curious if you've read them, or if there are other fans out there, and I'm recommending them if you haven't. And this reminds me I'm about due for a reead!
