I hear about jet lag once in awhile...is it real? If so, is there anything that can prevent it or help make it less? Thanks!
...and no I am not ready to come home yet! lol

If you're only talking about a few hours, you probably won't even notice. Just go and enjoy your vacation!

Jet lag is real, but it shouldn't be too bad for you since you're only going back by one time zone (if I recall correctly). It'll be much like when the clocks fall back an hour.

I've never experienced it, but I've only gone back one time zone (Utah to Texas).

The only time I ever experience it is when I'm travelling overseas (6+ hours difference). Don't worry about it! Have a great time

Oh good! Was a bit worried since one of my kiddos seems to "experience" things to the max...seems like anything that might upset my system hits his double. I plan on NOTHING the day after we get back...just resting...no appointments or school or anything...actually figured that for them for 2 days to be safe. Thanks gals!

I only had jet lag when traveling on a C-130. Even my overseas flight from Germany back to the US wasn't that bad. Coming home from Saudi was a little rough too, but that's because I had to stay the night in the airport.
