Default Need help

I am wanting to make a couple frames with pictures and embellishments

in it (Kind of like a small scrapbook page, but instead I am going to

frame it.) How do I make a frame that I can put these in, or can I buy

one at a store? What size (dimensions) do they usually sell and where?

THank you so much!

You can buy a frame from anywhere. Standard frames have photo openings for 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 and so on. You would just print your layout to fit whatever size frame you buy.

If you are wanting real embellishments inside the fram then what you want is a shadow box frame. Try Ikea, Walmart, Target...other than that I'm not sure, isnce I live in Europe.

Ikea has some really great frames. They have a 11.5" x 11.5" opening frame that would be perfect for a 12 x 12 layout.

Also, Michael's has 12 x 12 frames. If you want smaller square frames try, Target, Michael's, Jo-Ann's, Ikea. Some scrapbook stores also sell frames you can decorate for your layout. Personally I really like the Ikea frames.

I completely agree with Julie - Ikea do a whole range of nice simple frames, starting as small as 4x4, which could look fab arranged as a collection.

I bought a set a couple of weeks ago, and have big plans for them - if and when I have 5 minutes!
