Default Random Self Promotion (NSBR)
SO - I'm really super excited about this and I wanted to share!

My hubby is a software developer by day, and a game programmer by night. He has been involved with Microsoft for a few years working with their XNA programming framework (he doesn't work for them but he is an MVP), which he (or anyone who would like to really) can use to create things for the xbox 360.

Well for the past several months, we've been working together on a game (along with another programmer friend of his) that is specifically geared toward young young kids, all you moms know what a pain it is to try to find a game that is actually playable for like ages 1-3, so its something we've thought about since gareth was a baby really!

Well after loads and loads of work on the guys part (and quite a bit of doodling on mine), last night it actually released for sale in the xbox indie games! That means that anyone who has an xbox live membership can actually purchase the game that WE MADE!!! Its so super cool that he actually is living out his dream of programming video games, and well I just feel super cool that I got to be a part of it!

Very cool!!!! I will totally tell my husband about this. He is the manager on the shell and platform for xbox. He used to make video games before we moved up here to seattle I tell ya the whole video game industry really does suck even if they love it and its their dream. The sucky part is that I never see him!!! They just work work work. We will totally have to buy your game. Congrats!

I will tell DH to put that on the list of stuffs to get. I am sure when we are babysitting my friends little one that she will love it ... she is always wanting to play with the big kids.

Well this explains why all of a sudden I see peeps becoming a fan of Kissy Poo on Facebook. I thought it was digiscrap designer thing.

Anyway, those graphics are SO cute! Congrats to you guys, quite a cool achievement!
