Valentines Day (the movie)

So who has seen it? I put off renting it because I thought it would be stupid from the previews but I decided last night since there was nothing on tv and nothing in particular that I really wanted to rent on DVD that I would get it. Well I ended up really loving it. I think my favorite part was when Jennifer Garner goes to the restaurant and pretends to be a waitress and then goes to the Anti-Valentines Day Party. Cracked me up. So what did you think of it? Love it or hate it? What was your favorite part?

I loved it too! I really loved the same part that you did... and when Julia Roberts surprised her little boy. Man - I started bawling, lol. I really didn't expect that!

Hubby and I saw it for Valentine's Day and we both loved it!

dh and I liked it too..

my fave was when the limo driver asked Julia Robert's if she's ever shopped on Rodeo drive and she's like “Once. It was a big mistake. Huge,” Loved that tribute to Pretty Woman...I LOVED the ending..and how it all weaved together.

I loved it. I think I love anything with Julia Roberts and Bradley Cooper. LOL!

I agree with everyone. My fav part was Meg's too! I really thought it would be stupid because there were so many great people in it. I was really suprised and loved it!

That was my favorite part too because Pretty Woman is in my Top 5 favs! I also liked the surprise with Eric Dane's character! I so didn't expect that from my McSteamy!

aww I thought she was goofy funny...I dont think she will ever win an award for her acting but she just seems so bubbly

lol. Yeah, I was excited about her & she was definitely bubbly. & it totally could've been her part. It was just cheesy. I know that that's totally how a high school girl in love can act. so, maybe if she had a different part I'd enjoy her acting more.

I also loved who Julia ended up coming home to..I told DH at the very beginning..I said watch her coming home to him..was so sweet

I thought it was so ugh. I watched it on the plane, and I was totally not entertained. But I like to laugh, so I rarely like chick flicks.

loved it!! One of my friend's daughter is an extra in it! She is the one at the ticket counter at the airport. She says one line and then you see her in the background when the actors are talking.

It was fun to watch at our hometown theater because you can here everyone say..there is Heidi!!

The pretty woman reference was one of my favorite parts too!

Watched it just yesterday with a gf.
As a media student, I picked a lot of the twists and turns. I didn't however pick that the dude on the plane was gay... the scene where you find out was so sweet! and when Julia's character 'man back home' was her little boy... we both went NAWWWWWW! The whole time we thought his mum was dead So that was a pleasant surprise!

I loved Anne Hathaway and the way she played her character - perfection.
Definitely in my top 10 chick flicks... gotta love storylines that intertwine like that

Yes Ebony I loved Anne Hathaway in this movie. Totally cracked me up when Queen Latifah "busted" her. Then at the end when she sorta played Anne Hathaway's role was too funny
