Default Brunch in the crockpot?

Anybody have any good recipes to share? We've switched to the early morning service at church and are usually in a hurry and miss breakfast, and are home around 10:45 and hungry Thanks!

I don't ... but will be watching for some ideas! We make breakfast sandwiches in the microwave ... 1 minute and they are ready to eat!

YUM!! I think I will make this the night before Thanksgiving. We are always so busy getting the turkey in the oven, we never have time for breakfast! Sounds great, and keeps the oven free for turkey!

Wow, Kat, that sounds awesome! Dh is always bugging me about making breakfast - I just have too many things to get ready involving the kids, that we usually have quick stuff - cereal, oatmeal, poptarts, toaster waffles - horrible, but I wish I had more time in the mornings every day to make big breakfasts. But this sounds like something he'd really love! I'm definately gonna give this one a try!

Kat, what size crock pot to you have? It says use 4 qt or larger - mine is huge, 9 qt, I think. would that make it too thinly spread and get too done? It says 10 - 12 hours... I'd be clueless as to when it's done. Got any tips? LOL, my track record isn't so good for the first time I try to make something...
