Facebook Gurus- In here please!

I need help!! I am facebook challenged. I have never been interested in joining facebook. Two weeks ago I made a profile so I could "like" others. Then I decided what I really want to do is put a "page" with my photography name and just show my work. I do not have a business or anything I would just like to share with others. I don't know how to do this. I went to the create a page and it made me log into my profile. I don't know how to create a page from there. Could someone give me any tips as to go about this! I am totally lost. I feel like an idiot since I know there are way more computer illiterate people out there than me that can do it! Can anyone help me?
