I was going to order the Adobe Photoshop CS5 from academicsuperstore.com, but it says it's the extended version?? Is there a difference between that one and the regular one?

If it's like the copy I have for CS4... it comes with Illustrator and InDesign, among others...

We have CS3 extended and I've used the trial versions of CS4 and CS5 extended. It's basically the same as the standard version, except that it comes with extra stuff for doing work in 3D. There may be other differences, also, I'm really not sure. I don't think we ever used any of the features in the extended version that aren't also available in the regular version. Ours came with Bridge, but not Illustrator and InDesign.

Yeah, no Illustrator or InDesign, but just more 3-d and video capabilities.

I just got the CS5 standard edition directly from Adobe's education shop. It came with PS, In Design, Illustrator, Bridge and Acrobat. My husband submitted his proof of elegibility at the time of ordering and we had our download links the next day.
