iphone w/ verizon or att??

I was JUST informed that as an employee of my company I am able to get discounts on verizon or att services!!!! hello, soooo excited! i have been dieing for an iphone!! so which service is better? like everyone i know has verizon, so i'm compelled to go that route, what do you think?

To me, it would depend on the reliability of service in the area where you spend the most time. If you don't travel a lot & Verizon has good coverage in your area, that's probably who I'd go with. Personally, we use AT&T - but that's because we both got iPhones way back, and AT&T was the only option at the time. We've had no problems with them, though - so I don't plan to switch, eventhough every other thing we have is with Verizon.

is it going to be with verizon too you think? if so, i'm fine with waiting i've gone this long without one. when i got an ipod touch for myself in december i was like... wth?? because it was like everything i needed, but then i have a crappy phone to carry around too? boo, lol.. but yeah ok, iphone 5, cool....i can wait a couple more months

Seriously check the service for your area where you work/live. I changed from ATT to T-Mobile only to find that T-Mobile is awesome everywhere else except where I am! And, in my city, both Verizon and ATT have dead spots in certain places. So, save yourself the frustration!

I have Verizon and love it, but Verizon covers our area well. We get a discount through my dh's work.

I have AT&T and love it...def check out the coverage in your area. I'm eligible for an iphone upgrade but going to wait for the 5 (I have the 3g now)

I agree check out your service. I just got a refrub 3GS through AT&T and we have good service where we are. Verizon doesn't have a tower up here so it uses another company's.

If you are not sure about the service coverage in your area I would suggest getting the cheapest prepaid phone and make calls in the areas you normally are. This includes in your house LOL. I have a dead spot in my kitchen. If I am on the phone and walk thru the kitchen to the laundry room it will drop the call LOL.

Yes wait until the summer for the iphone 5, also check your area. My area is much better with Verizon.
