Default Cooking help ASAP, please!

I'm cooking boneless pork ribs for the first time, and the meat reached its finished temperature WAY earlier than the recipe said to cook it for, in 30 min rather than 2 hours. If I keep cooking it, is some magic going to happen that makes it soft and pulling apart, or am I just going to make things worse? Ahhh! I hate cooking meat. Thanks for your help!

Generally the 'country' style ribs benefit from a little extra low & slow cooking. Sometimes they are tough & chewy.

Yeah, that's what I was afraid of, LOL. I used this recipe and baked at 350 like it said. I guess that in spite of the positive reviews, I won't be using it again.

It looks like they are wanting them to cook for longer, even if the internal temp is what it should be. Keep cooking, magic will await at the end.

I always cook mine in the crockpot all afternoon so they are super tender.

I'm pretty much like Tracy - all day long in the crock pot will make them super tender! Good luck :-)

Most of the recipes I saw were for the crockpot, but I don't have one. One of these days I'm going to get one!

Crockpots are very inexpensive. It's worth getting one!

I have a crock-pot...but (gasp) I rarely ever use it.

I actually boil mine first for about 20 minutes, then cook them in the oven 350* for about an hour or so, depending on when I decide what we're having.
