Default books on autism?

My almost 4 year old, we are pretty sure has autism. Right now he is in early intervention, in a program called the sail program, he is there 4 days a week, it is a pretty intensive class. I want to know more about it, my 7 year old might also have a form of autism, she is on an iep, and her teachers think it may be a possability. So do you know of any good books out there? Thanks for any input.

The Out of Sync Child is a good book. For ideas on recreation, The Out of Sync Child Has Fun.

Those are two I always recommend.

My daughter was diagnosed in January, she's 6, and I have been looking for some resources too. Thanks for those links ladies!

Thanks for the links. Going to look into this because I really think my son has aspergers. He is going to a special needs preschool for his speech and they are going to keep an eyes on him. Bad thing was that he started 3 weeks before school was out for summer so now he doesn't go until August.
