by looking at the terms of use here https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/s...ion=conditions I think I am ok since I would be selling them in a printed flattened form but can someone please confirm

I'm curious to see what everyone says. My son's school has an auction every year, I would love to be able to donate a pack of birthday cards!

I am pretty sure that you can sell them, as long as each one is one of a kind. You can't make a card & print 10 copies of it. And it doesn't have to be *flat* necessarily. Look through the hybrid gallery, you will see lots of great cards that have real elements on them, I think those would sell better than a *flat* card.

Hopefully a designer (or a few) come in and let you know for sure!

Its just an idea - I have another 2 1/2 months off school and would like to make a bit of money while being creative. I would put real embelishments on but I just don't have the $$ to go out and buy any more than I have for my personal stuff

I think what is meant by 'flattened' is if you are providing a .jpg copy of the card to the person that you are selling to, so I think you'd be fine if you were creating a 3D sort of hybrid card. Just my guess.

yeah I'm not sure totally whether I'm going to do fully hybrid (all cut out) or digitally designed as one sheet yet

I would be ok with this usage as it will be printed out/one card per design etc. If you were creating an internet store that would be different but at a craft market? Go for it.

In this case, all the customer gets is a card, no images involved!

Yep! If you're selling them offline at a craft fair, marketplace, school event or the like, we're fine with you using our products.

Anything sold on a website is not allowed as it's a competing venue with SSD.

Hope this helps

Thanks Jennifer for asking this question.

Thanks Robin. Just another reason why I love this place.
