some help needed please

so far, I have put the following search terms into the Shoppe

Pregnant
pregnancy
momma
mother
sustainable
earth
recycle

but can't find what I want ..
I am almost sure the kit was called something like earth mother and it had a sideways view of a pregnancy bump.

Am I imagining things or can someone point me in the right direction?

this is the one I had in my head but I thought it had a baby bump - must be getting mixed up between kits

This would have worked as well but this must also be retired cos I can't find it in the shoppe.
