pc2TV, anyone have this?

Just wondering if anyone has this software, pc2tv. I am a very naive person but this sounds too good to be true even for me. the ad says free satellite tv, over 2000 channels, no monthly fee, just one time charge for the software. If anyone knows about this I'd appreciate the feedback.
