Default Reality show fears...

So I'm watching this preview for the new show "The Great Escape" on TNT. There is no freaking way I could do a reality show like that. I saw them locked in a jail cell, swimming under a building, being lowered into a big freighter ship...My claustrophobia would cause me to have to be carried off that show.

What reality show could you NOT do because of a fear?

I am not much of a swimmer so any of those that have challenges in the water would be hard for me.

I couldn't do Survivor. Being trapped with people I didn't know would have me nuts in 48 hours. Plus I am a terrible liar and schemer so I wouldn't go very far. I would love to do the amazing race but I have no sense of direction so I'd be hopelessly lost very quickly.

No way could I EVER do a show like The Amazing Race. Especially if I was teamed with DH... haha... I get anxiety attacks just watching it. Rushing and having to HURRY everywhere would turn me into the biggest b---h ever, guaranteed! If there's any time I'm likely to get in a foul mood it's when we're late somewhere or in a hurry.

I will say the one reality show I've thought I would be perfect for is "The Mole". Do you remember that show? I think I'd be great at being the Mole and not being found out. I'm pretty good at figuring things out, so it would be a blast for me.

Without a doubt- Fear Factor. Or really any show that makes you eat disgusting stuff. But Fear Factor nearly made me puke one day when they laid a girl in a plastic box and dumped big huge cock roaches on her. Oh and then another time they made people eat them. HURK!

Oh my word Brook! This is me exactly. I tell DH all the time that we could never do the Amazing Race because America would be convinced that Im the biggest B on the planet. I would stress so much out of the race aspect and get really witchy.

I loved The Mole. I could see myself doing that one too.

I think The Amazing Race would be a good experience, but I'd be the same way. If we're not 15 minutes early somewhere I turn into the pacing, clock-watching, nagging wife so he'd want to quit if hubby and I were partners. LOL

Not sure what show I could do, but I am claustrophic, too. Its only gotten worse as I get older, so I couldn't do that new show either then,

Man, I LOVED The Mole! It was the best reality show I'd seen! I never could guess the mole... the last episode was always a surprise for me, lol!

LOVED the Mole too!!

I have issues with small spaces so maybe fear factor...that and I don't like spiders or snakes..and i don't wanna eat gross things. That pretty much rules that show out

Fear Factor. Eating ANY of those things would just gross me out. And WipeOut (is that a reality show?) because I'm a scaredy cat of getting beat up and hurting myself.

I loved The Mole too! I remember being so addicted to it that even though I knew DH was taping it at home, I watched it in the hospital after I had my daughter. That was an awesome show. I really hate that they canceled it. I was just thinking today about another that played around that time that I used to watch... Temptation Island. It was interesting, but in a different way.

I would love to do amazing race...but NOT with DH. I would kill him. It would have to be with my SIL or something. Even my brother, but NOT my hubby!

I could NOT do fear factor or anything freaky/gross. NOT worth a million bucks!! LOL

I absolutely LOVED The Mole. Was my favorite ever.

I couldn't do Fear Factor or Survivor.

Maybe amazing race but no way could I do it w/ DH.. I'd kill him. Or he'd kill me. It would not end well.

Another Mole lover here. I LOVED IT.

I couldn't do anything that had any interaction with reptiles. So pretty much no Survivor or The Amazing Race.

I remember in the first Mole, Katherine was put into a room with snakes. I cried watching it

I couldn't do any of them. I don't like many people and I tend to speak my mind. I'd get sent home QUICK!

I would love to do Wipeout! My oldest son already has plans for what he's going to do with the $50,000 when he wins. ; )

And I think it'd be fun to do the Amazing Race with my brother against my husband and his brother; I'd be money that the two of them would self destruct because of their own obsessive needs for control, while my brother and I are so laid back that we'd totally rock it. But if Joel and I did it together, our marriage might not survive!

I haven't seen The Great Escape, but closed spaces, especially under water, make me all kinds of crazy, so probably I couldn't do that one.

I love 101 Ways to Leave a Gameshow, too. I'm totally into a risk-free rush.

No, I missed it, but I just set the DVR for next week's episode. I'll have to see if I can find the first one online.

Since every one has tv cameras and puts the contestants into public view, I'm out! The challenges I could handle (fear-wise, at least), but not the idea of being watched and talked about.
