Hershey bar pie-
take one and a half of those big hersheys bars, melt them in a bowl, add a tub of cool whip. mix well ( a spoon works fine) pour in a graham cracker pie crust. Put in fridge for about an hour, then put another tub of cool whip on top. Grate some of the left over hershey bar on top to make it look pretty. Easy and DELICIOUS!

That sounds yummy! My kids like crescent rolls filled with a couple squares of a hershey bar and rolled up. Those are easy and quick, but not fancy. This tiramisu chocolate mousse is luscious, but not so easy/fast maybe http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tiramis...RelatedRecipes

I need a definition of quick! Normally I consider it quick if it takes an hour to make (not just preparation, but everything). So I'd say moelleux au chocolat - easy ingredients, easily mixed, quickly baked. But as I said it depends on how you define quick. :-)

Haha, I suspected you meant quicker than one hour! Anyway, should you need a moelleux au chocolat recipe sometimes, I'm here. :-)
