shame on me
 you know, i have a humongous stash and up to today it never happened to me. but now it happened. i bought something twice. is there any chance i could return it? gc would be fine, too. even the same designer.

Yep, I get requests for that all the time. As long as I can verify that both purchases on my end, I have no problem issuing a coupon for the amount to be used in my store again. Unfortunately, Robin can't do partial refunds, so this is usually the least messy option.
