Default Christmas + Ebay = the death of me

I swear Christmas + Ebay is going to be the death of me....or at least my bank account. Kennedy and my niece are both into My Little Pony and Calico Critters this year. I have gotten some AMAZING deals on ebay and thankfully they are both still young enough to not even notice the presents won't be brand new. But I've become addicted to it and now I can't get anything done, and my bank account hates me.

Between SSD, Ebay, and Pinterest I get sucked into the never-ending abyss that is the internet.

Anyone else with me?

I would be in your position, too, if I get access to ebay and amazon here!
I am glad I don't. And though I find some similar sites here in China, I have to go through my hubby first to be able to purchase (because I can't read Mandarin! LOL!). So, in a way, I get controlled

My husband had a similar problem a few years ago buying older Star Wars action figures for the boys. It was like he was reliving his childhood!! I thought he was going to give himself an ulcer with some of those auctions!!

I am usually saying the same thing about now. This year I have NO clue what to get my kids. I am seriously considering not buying gifts. They don't need or want anything, so why waste the money?

It's actually worked out well because up until about 2 weeks ago I was done with my Christmas shopping...well now the little turd has decided to add another toy to the mix so the search began and continues.

Thankfully Kennedy also has a birthday in February...so I try to make myself feel better by saying I'm shopping for Christmas and her birthday. lol

Bring on Black Friday and Cyber Monday!

My biggest problem is Amazon Prime...free 2 day shipping = WAY too much for me to pass up!

I used to be so obsessed with Ebay! I got away from it several years ago though and am glad I did. I was spending so much. Even though I was getting great deals, it was on stuff I didn't actually need. I'm plenty obsessed with Amazon though - I review products on there, and so I get a lot for free, and that works for me.
