I have an order from June 25 that still says queued... I used the "contact us" page (maybe a month ago?) but never heard anything back. Help

That's super unusual, Jill. Robin is always on top of customer service issues, but that was around the time that she was moving. So, it's quite possible the mail ended up falling through the cracks or getting stuck in spam.
