do we have to state that they are retired in our gallery?

I don't think there are any rules about that at SSD. Just credit the designer as usual, and if anyone is looking for a particular kit that you used they can follow up with the designer if they don't see it in the store.

I usually say (retired) just to give people a head's up the same way I say (modified) when I butcher a template.
There's no requirement to do that, though. ![]() |

Thank you everyone, I would like to think I will remember to put it in the description just to save people looking for something that's not there, but was worried about getting in trouble if I forget to do it

I think I've got my shopping list down to where it should be just going to do one last check to see if there's anything I missed but really must have then I can't wait to start scrapping with my new stuff, it's like Christmas a few months early

If I'm using a retired kit with like a template or element or paper pack as a page I am making to show off something new, then I add retired. If I'm just using it for myself, then no.
