Almost weekend! What are you doing this weekend?

I'm having the afternoon off from work.
I'm having lunch with a friend today and I hope to do some excercises this afternoon and hopefully scrap a page.
Tomorrow is all about running errands.

Putting up our tree, Sister's gift shopping, a book report project for Lainey and hoping to get up to the children's science museum to use the membership we bought 3 months ago and still haven't gone again. We're really getting our money's worth out of that one. LOL...

We’re surprising our girls and checking them out of school today and taking them up to a Harry Potter thing then the American Girl store. It’s my oldest’s birthday on Sunday so we’ll have an AG doll sitting on her seat when she gets in the car.

Then Saturday is a bridal shower we’re throwing for my baby sister. My oldest is also going on a birthday date with my dad.

Then Sunday we’re celebrating birthdays in December with my family (there’s 5)! It’s another busy weekend.

We have a Pancake with Santa breakfast at my dd's school tomorrow morning, so that's our first stop. Then we'll head on to the bookstore to buy some books for my girl's December reading. She no longer want the Owl Diaries series so I told her that we will check at BN tomorrow.

We're supposed to be going to a Walk Through Bethlehem (where they have people dressed up & shops set up like they were in Biblical times) thing tomorrow morning & maybe a Christmas concert at a local college in the afternoon. My daughter gave my son & me her cold so neither of us is feeling too great so we'll have to see how it goes when we wake up tomorrow.

I will be spending most of the weekend alternating between freaking out (bad) and freaking out (good). I start a new job Tuesday morning & I haven't worked outside the home in 4 years so it's going to be a big change for all of us & especially for my 3 1/2 year old. I'm excited about the job, don't get me wrong, but I need to get our schedules thought out and written down so we all get to where we need to be when we need to be there.

we have a birthday party and disneyland on saturday. on sunday, DD is cheering at a basketball game.

Today is my birthday so we have a fun weekend planned! My mom is visiting from out of town & we are going to my favorite restaurant for lunch tomorrow! Add in the usual kids' sporting events & it'll be a busy weekend!!

Everyone's got good stuff going this weekend. I'm going to be flying to Las Vegas tomorrow until Wednesday! It's been a crazy few weeks I haven't even had a chance to THINK about this trip and now it's tomorrow! Looking forward to some down time, although my husband likes to explore so we don't spend a great deal of time "resting" when we're on vacation. :P

You guys are having fun weekends!

Mine was pretty normal. Spent Friday night carting kids around to activities. Saturday morning I taught English, and I only had seven kids & It was so much more fun than when there are 30 of them!

Tonight I'm going to dinner and to see Murder on the Orient Express with my girlfriends.

Sunday we're inviting all our friends to the pool for a party.

So actually, now that I think about it, my weekend sounds kind of fun, too. : )

Today I ran errands and did things around the house, nothing exciting. Tonight Dan volunteered to do dinner for the kids while I went to Starbucks. So I'm about to go sit and scrap there for a while, which I'm very much looking forward to. Tomorrow I'll mostly be taking the kids to activities. (Dan will be sitting home watching football, which is why he felt guilty and sent me out on my own for a couple hours, LOL.)
