Memories Made With You Layered Templates by Amber...
This is only slightly spoiling a holiday surprise for OIivia (Studio Liv) and Cheryl (Fiddle-Dee-Dee Designs). I wasn't kidding when I said I was going to make jam for them, inspired by Liv's kit.

We don't really get cool weather or autumn breezes so I was excited to have one day of not-summer. The kiddo wore a (thin) sweatshirt and I had 3/4 sleeves. By coincidence, my shirt matches this kit perfectly.
I'm so grateful that Olivia needed a sample page with her portion of the Mystery Grab Bag because I had no idea how I wanted to scrap this photo. I kind of want to print this page full-sized and hang it on the wall.
I feel very fortunate that my son let me use the same double page spread in both my October album and his annual album because I already made two double page spreads for his first time carving a pumpkin. ;) I went a little more light and airy with the colors, sneaking in a few little ghosties too.

Sketch by Liz Jardell Fry - Day 7 of 30 days of Sketches by Chrissy's Beautiful Life (Oct 2025 - series 19)
Between starting a week early and reading late into the night (since my child does not want to sleep), I'm less than 10 days into the month and already had my first 10 spooky reads. I already have a part two and part three waiting in the wings to fill.
I am in love with those cute little ghosts and doodled candies. I can't wait to play with the full bundle (but couldn't wait for it to be finished to play with this kit)
I am now at the stage of my life where I am trying to color match scrapbooking kits to a Kirby plush. It's weird but also so much fun. (I am also at the stage in my life where I am explaining math to a Kirby plush as part of homeschool.)
Is it too soon to think about what jam I want to gift for the holidays? Probably. But seeing this kit made me want to make a batch of strawberry-tequila agave jam with lime instead of lemon juice.
It took me a little while to decide on my inspiration: Rugrats! It's a classic cartoon from my 90s childhood with bold, graphic design and a mix of bright colors and not-quite pastels.

I've been dreaming about this page since I first saw this template set. Those arches just look like the hills in all the Mario games. I even had the photos of playing Super Mario Maker 2 earmarked but hadn't had a chance to make it yet. I have an album in my Google Photos full of photos of us...
This is the recipe for a fun-filled Saturday in my son's world.

I was not planning to go this direction at all when I made this page but it all came together better than I expected.

This kit always gives me a retro film vibe and I couldn't resist scrapping some golden hour Kodak Gold with it. I FINALLY got to use that big sunset circle paper (overlayed on top of my go-to wooden background) and I regret not making this design choice sooner.
When we go to the local farm, we pack in as much fun as we can.

I love the way the dark colors of the kit go perfectly with the moody mystery book covers.

I am trying my best to believe in myself. My son thinks I wear a crown (and sometimes literally hands me a paper crown to wear) so I should probably embrace it. I can do hard things, even if I'd rather be scrapping than doing them.

Since I did a rainbow of color yesterday, I decided to go with clouds today. The theme directed me towards the kit, which was perfect for sleepy scrapping.

I knew immediately that I wanted to make a page inspired by one of two photographers and technically, it's inspired by both. Clyde Butcher is "the Ansel Adams of Florida" and I've been in love with his work since the first time I saw it (and my first time viewing it was at his gallery in the...
