A quick Project Life question . . . if you can handle another PL topic

So, is anyone starting their 2013 Project Life today instead of tomorrow? I was just thinking I might start it today since it's Monday - kinda makes the weeks a little easier to keep track of when you start on a Monday.

Just wondering . . . . :D
 
I was wondering about that too! This is what makes me want to skip numbering the weeks in my pages. It just feels odd to start a week in middle of the week, kwim? I started my PL/P365 in December and have spread for weekdays and one for weekends. Trying to decide how to go about it starting this week.

I think since this year, new year just starts tomorrow, it's not too bad to just start the week from today. It's only one extra day and keeps things simple.

K - that's a great idea. I think that's how I'll go. Glad we have some experienced peeps around here for those of us who feel like they're floundering. :D

Ok.. that makes sense if you're ending on Sunday. I just couldn't wrap my head around having to scrap entire year with Tues-Mon. :)
 
So you are all ending on a Sunday?

I was planning on ending each week on Saturday, like the calendar. But I can see the plus of having the weekend not broken up. huh. I'll have to think on that.
 
me to...i'm starting on the 1st and doing Tuesday through sunday....mainly because my last page is going to be a photo of each of us and a written out favs of 2012 from the kids and my DH and I.....
 
I think I'll end my weeks on Saturday too. That gives me Sunday, when I usually have a little down time, to get the previous week all wrapped up. Okay - so this week will be Jan 1-5, and then I'll start doing Sunday-Saturday from there on out.

Thanks guys - it's such a simple solution, but my brain was cramped. :D
 
I hadn't thought about any of this yet, but I would have had the same brain cramp as Lydia when I sat down to do my first week's pages! I think I'll start tomorrow and do a short first week, but I have to decide whether to end on Sat or Sun. I'll probably put my week's pages together on Sunday night, but would I rather have photo taking done on Sat so I have a little extra time to get my pics uploaded and organized, or would I rather keep weekends together? I'm leaning toward ending on Sundays, but I guess I have a week to decide.
 
Yeah, I just make the "week" shorter or longer at the end/beginning of the year so the book ends on Dec. 31 and the next starts on Jan. 1. But of course, there are no rules!
