Bingo with the Babes - June 18th

Bingo with the babes is the weekly thread where we, the Babes (the store CT members), posted the pages we made for the Bingo challenges in the hope that we can help/inspire people in tackling the challenges.
SSD members are welcome to also post the pages they scrapped in order to complete a pattern on their bingo cards in the thread so that we all can leave comments on each other's pages.

#7 Plaid Background - I love a patterned background but rarely use plaids for some reason. I felt like this was a great prompt to move me a little bit outside my box.

Bingo square #8 - Photography challenge: half a page
I ended up blending the photo with the background a bit, and I like how that made the half page photo not quite so dominant on the page. This collab kit for Amber's benefit is just stunning, so I love this page!

#17 - Daddy-o.

Bumping this up :)

Ps. thank you for posting so many gorgeous layouts that you've scrapped for the bingo challenges, ladies! They are all so beautiful and I have been enjoying leaving love on them too! Such great inspirations!

#7 - Plaid Background
These are pictures of my husband's parents and sister. I made this one 8.5 x 11 so I could print it out and send a copy to my sister-in-law!

I'm working on a couple big projects - an album of my stepson's wedding in April and an album of our travels to Hawaii - so I'm trying to work as many of the Bingo prompts for those layouts as possible.

Square 10- scream and shout, school is out (not yet for me, another week to go)

23 - Wanderlust
I want to move to California so bad! I want to be able to spend time with my husband's family and let them get to know our kids. So, my goal when/if we move out there is to drive Rt 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica! It sounds like an awesome plan!!

#5 - Color Challenge: Red & White
By the time I actually got around to scrapbooking this month, it was already way too late to do a June Calendar, so I figured the colors were perfect for July!!

#22: Boredom Breakers
We won a package worth over $500 to spend around our town! Definitely a boredom breaker this summer!!
